天気の子 / Weathering With You

赤ペン先生と駅に向かう途中にこのポスターを発見。

私: Look. The English title for "天気の子" is "Weathering With You". What do you think? What does "weather with you" mean?

赤ペン先生: Interesting. We don't say "weather with you" but we say "weather the storm with  someone" which means surviving through some hardships together. 
Is that movie like that?
I don't know anything about the movie but I think the English title is creative, not a direct translation.

"weather"に『（嵐・困難などを）切り抜ける、乗り切る、乗り越える』

と言う意味もあるんですね。

赤ペン先生は"君の名は"を観て泣いたらしいですが😅（私は泣いてません。）、この映画はどんな感じなんでしょうかね？

私も内容は全く知らないんですが、英題の様に、このポスターの男女が共に困難を乗り越える的な映画なのかなぁ…🙄。
