J: Umm... It’s not exactly like that. “Complacent” means “taking it for granted and not doing anything about a situation that may be uncertain or dangerous in the future.

辞書には１『（現状に）自己満足した』と２『無頓着な、無関心な』とあったけど、『現状に満足し、先に起こり得る事に無関心でいて何もしない』って感じ。

うむむ…痛いよ…。何だか今の私自身に言われている様な、心が痛くなる語彙だよ…😰。
